Manufacturability Engineering

Design is guided by our thorough knowledge of the manufacturing process considerations and constraints. The bottom line: product design is optimized for manufacturability, set-up costs and design iterations are minimized, and yields are maximized.

Tooling Design

We design and custom-build much of our own production tooling. For highly specialized needs, we also have established relationships with outside sources for castings, stampings, laser-cut parts, or other unique requirements.

Circuit Design

We apply expertise in microcontrollers, low-power designs, communications and industrial controls to design reliable, cost-effective circuitry for a wide spectrum of analog and digital applications.

Prototyping

Full 3D CNC capabilities and 3D CAM software enable the rapid, in-house building of prototypes, tooling, and fixtures.

Machine Shop Services

Our machine shop is equipped for making looks-like/works-like prototypes and tooling.  Full 3-axis CNC machining quickly turns solid model files into functional prototypes.

Product Design

For customers with an application or market but no product, we can provide the complete design/manufacture package.  From writing product specifications to getting agency approvals, our experience can help you avoid many pitfalls and launch your product on time and on budget. 

Packaging Design

For a complete retail product package, you can tap our partnerships with graphic designers and custom packaging manufacturers. The latter includes specialists in die cut boxes, thermoformed packaging, and custom foam shapes. We’ll hand-pick an experienced team to ensure that your product hits the market with impact.

Product Approvals

Applications that call for qualification testing or agency approvals are answered with custom test design, in-house environmental test capabilities, and experience in dealing with FCC, UL, and FDA requirements.

Reliability Testing & Burn-in

Pergamon’s temperature cycling chamber, burn-in oven, autoclave, humidity chamber and other in-house equipment are used to perform a variety of standard tests on IC's and board level products.  We can also provide failure analysis and reliability engineering.

Test Engineering

We tailor test protocols to each customer’s needs. Our integrated approach combines our knowledge of the manufacturing process with expertise in all test methodologies, custom equipment, and automated board level testing.

Documentation

We’ll manage and maintain your engineering documents on our secure, high-speed server, and create a private point for you to access them whenever you wish. Critical information is backed up daily to an off-site location.
